Growing up I was a chunky monkey who had a typical awkward transition to adulthood. In my early 20’s I started a journey to being fit. Not in a over obsessive body builder kind of way but in a dance around in my underwear loving my body way.
Fast forward a few years; I’m now mid-20’s and had tried everything under the sun from supplements & shakes to gyms and making up my own workouts until I found my secret weapon- Beachbody! I lost my last bit of weight and stopped yo-yo’ing, looking and feeling my best ever!
Losing a total of 67 lbs brought me to the smallest I had ever been and found out I was pregnant with my first son, Kingston.
I had a rough first pregnancy followed with an over 70 lb weight gain! It was hard to think I was back at square one after years of hard work when I had only 1 year before I was to be a bridesmaid. With the clock ticking I had to double down and work extra hard. With my baby secret weapon (Beachbody-Piyo) I conquered all 70 lbs in time for the wedding!
Also at the same time- as I am in this dress and standing at the alter with my girl, I’m pregnant……AGAIN!
Fast forward 9/10 months later I only gained 45 lbs with my 2nd pregnancy.
So here I am 7 weeks postpartum ready to do it all over again. With you to keep me accountable and my secret weapon (Beachbody) at my disposal- how could I possibly fail? My goal is to not only lose this weight but be stronger and more toned than before.
My weight and body has been through the trenches having 2 boys in under 2 years but that won’t slow me down.
