5 Things I Want To Help My
Audience With

The purpose of this blog is to inspire self love and self expression through hair, health and fashion. My goal is to help guide you to having the lifestyle that aligns with you without throwing money away at useless fads and products that will just clutter your home and life.

I myself have been on a 10 year journey of discovering my own self through my personal health, navigating motherhood, being a hairstylist and my personal style at every stage of life.

Through my journey I have learned how much our health also affects the health of our hair and our skin and how much more confident I am at any size when my skin and hair look good. I have had many ups and downs in the last 10 years from stress induced weight fluctuations to pregnancy and post partum weight loss. I have learned a lot about what foods do not only to nourish our bodies but also benefit our hair.

I do enjoy pizza and treats but I also make sure I am fueling my body with proper nutrients to thrive at its best. No matter what I’m wearing I want to feel good in my own skin – about letting my inner shine come out through every possible way. I want to help you find your own inner shine.

For example one of my posts is my Beginners guide to healthy hair What is the point of having long hair if it isn’t healthy, shiny and soft? The road to luscious locks may seem overwhelming at first but I promise I will be here the whole way!

Recommend the best products and supplements

Believe me I have easily spent thousands of dollars on various products and supplements the last 10+ years trying to find things that actually work. You wont find silly trending fads or products full of junk ingredients in here. I am only going to share items I have personally tested out and will share my experience as well. For example, the products and items I suggest in my beginners guide I mentioned above I have been using personally and part of my routine for a minimum of 2 years now.

Help women find their inner shine and pour confidence

The right hairstyle, outfit, accessory, skincare or exercise routine can add the cherry on top to instill that extra bit of confidence when walking out that door. I know when I’m on top of my fitness routine wearing my favorite outfit I feel like a million bucks. When you feel good you look good!

Write a monthly blog post to help guide women on their own journey

I would love get up to weekly posts but as I write this post now I am still new to this and just learning how to organize all my thoughts into a post and find the time in my chaotic life. I know we all have chaos in our own way I’m just trying to find my right schedule for this to be a part of my life routine. I am really excited to be here and starting this new journey in the hopes of inspiring women, sharing my hair knowledge and build a community of likeminded women in our own corner of the world.
