11 Reasons to workout at home
From gyms closing down because of COVID-19 to getting hit on here are 11 reasons you should workout at home. I used to go to the gym almost everyday! I’m not saying you HAVE to workout at home or ONLY but there are great benefits to it.
You CAN get the results you want and you can have fun & enjoy it too. Don’t punish yourself or make yourself uncomfortable by going to the gym if that’s not your jam.
I could spend 2 hours at the gym, easy, but didn’t have a any structure or really much of an idea of what to do and definitely too much cardio. I wouldn’t know how to use the machines right, I always felt like people were staring at me or judging me, I would get hit on and so I never wanted to go alone.

If I had a membership at the local gym I would pay $40/month myself + $20 /month for the boys! BOD averages to like $9 a month!! that is a $51/month savings and it’s a cheaper gym rate compared to many bigger chained gym memberships.
3 Less Germs.
if you didn’t believe in home workouts before the Coronavirus came into our lives then maybe the fact there’s way less germs in your home than the gym will get you to believe in it.
4 No Crowds.
Being that its home based, there’s no waiting for equipment or having to mess up your flow because there’s a lot of people in that day. The only people in your way at home are the ones invited to the stream!
5 Focus on Your Workout.
Without other people, meatheads or germs you can actually focus more on your form and workout to get optimal results

With no commute, and the only thing needed is to hit play for 30 minutes you can fit a beachbody workout in anywhere you want!

I never have on a shirt or shoes during my workouts, I promise you that I would never take my shoes off at the gym!

My boys love to workout with me! My toddler even has his own mat and weights! (they’re only 1 lb!) I love that my showing up for myself everyday is also showing then that living a healthy lifestyle is important.
